Natasha Davis
Founder & CEO
Natasha Davis founded BridgeVoice Interpreters after years of working in staffing, operations, and workforce leadership, where she repeatedly saw the operational impact that inconsistent language support had on organizations and the people they serve.
She created BridgeVoice Interpreters to help organizations access reliable interpreting and translation support in healthcare, legal, government, and other high-accountability environments where professionalism, responsiveness, and accuracy matter.
Under Natasha’s leadership, BridgeVoice focuses on strong interpreter networks, operational support, and practical language access solutions designed to help organizations communicate more effectively across languages.
Natasha also created the BridgeVoice Pathway Program to help develop future interpreters and expand access to professional opportunities within the language services industry.
Sally Marquez
Head of Interpreter Engagement & Delivery
Sally Marquez serves as the Head of Interpreter Engagement & Delivery at BridgeVoice Interpreters, where she leads interpreter recruiting, onboarding, engagement, assignment support, and Pathway Program coordination across the organization.
With more than four years of recruiting experience and over fifteen years in property management, Sally brings strong operational coordination, relationship management, and people-focused support to the interpreter staffing process.
She plays a key role in helping ensure interpreters are properly matched, prepared, and supported throughout assignments while also helping strengthen the systems behind reliable language access delivery and interpreter development.
Sally’s approach is grounded in accountability, communication, responsiveness, and continuous improvement as she continues supporting both interpreters and the long-term growth of the BridgeVoice Pathway Program.
